Twelve men from St. Lawrence County are among the 36 men from state Sen. Patty Ritchie’s district who will be inducted into the Senate Veterans Hall of Fame in a ceremony Thursday, May 12m at the VFW in Mexico.
Those from St. Lawrence County are Michael J. Bouchard, Joseph H. Connor, Joseph Cosentino, Ronald W. Day, Joseph E. Denoncourt, Charles LaRose, Earl McIntosh, Herbert McIntosh, Theodore McIntosh, Jack M. Regan, Lawrence “Tom” Robinson Jr., and Michael W. Webster
Veterans were nominated for induction into the Veterans Hall of Fame by family, friends, co-workers and comrades-in-arms for their military service to our nation, and their continuing work and involvement in causes that benefit and improve our local communities.
“Dedicating your life to serving your country takes a very special person,” said Ritchie, a Republican from Heuvelton who represents the western half of St. Lawrence County including Ogdensburg, Canton and Gouverneur.
