GOUVERNEUR -- The Village of Gouverneur’s Department of Public Works says they will be milling Church Street and Dodge Place Monday, Sept. 22.
Work will begin at 6 a.m. and continue throughout the day until the work on both streets is done.
According to Superintendent of Public Works Danny Forbes, those streets will be shut down to through traffic. Only emergency vehicles will be allowed through.
“We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation,” Forbes said.
