HOGANSBURG -- Three-time Olympic Coach of the Year Jim Winterton will host two racquetball clinics on June 28 and 29 at Heart to Heart Fitness Center, 7 Frogtown Rd.

The clinics are designed for players new and old to study their games and receive instruction on how to improve, with Winterton’s assistance.

Winterton is personal coach of the number one ranked professional male and female athletes in racquetball in the world. He has more than 30 years of experience coaching players from beginner to elite levels and is the Director of the High Performance Racquetball Camp at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo. He was also the US National Team Head Coach for 12 years and has written books and DVDs on playing racquetball.

The Basic Clinic will be on June 28 at 5 p.m., and an Advanced Clinic is the following night, June 29, at 5 p.m.

Both clinics will focus on serving methods, positioning, strategy, game critiques and techniques. They will last until approximately 9 p.m..
