HERMON – Three women are accused of assault after carrying out their alleged plan to intercept and hurt another in a Hermon bar.
Deanne Frisco, 44, and Shauna Frisco, 18, both of 1025 Irish Settlement Rd., Canton, and Jessica Cakinette, 25, of 167 Butternut Ridge Rd., Potsdam, are alleged to have driven to Zorro’s Bar, where they believed the victim would be, and, on arrival, punched her and kicked her, injuring her face and legs.
They were charged Tuesday charged with the misdemeanors of third-degree assault and sixth-degree conspiracy, getting appearance tickets from St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies for a future Hermon Town Court appearance.
The complaint was received by the sheriff’s office earlier this month.
