MADRID – Three Massena men were arrested for allegedly planning to sell narcotic drugs, according to state police.
Kyle A. LaMay, 25, Christopher A. Delosh, 25, and James Paquin, 23, were all charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance-narcotic with intent to sell, a felony, at 4:30 p.m. on NYS Hwy. 310.
They were also charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Paquin was also cited for unlawful possession of marijuana.
