WADDINGTON -- A third arrest has been made following a fight in Waddington that involved a man being struck with a baseball bat.

St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies charged Ryan-William Fenn with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree assault, third degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.

Deputies say that during a fight at Waddington beach, Fenn violated a stay away order of protection and shattered the back window of a child with a child inside the vehicle. Fenn was held on $10,000 cash bail.

Two St. Lawrence County residents were jailed on assault and other charges following the same fight after a man was struck with a baseball bat.

St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies received a complaint of a male who had been hit in the legs with a bat.

Deputies say an investigation revealed Kasey E. Jones, 18, of North Lawrence, had struck the man with the bat. During the confrontation between multiple people, Sarah E. Fenn, 21, allegedly violated a no-contact order of protection against another person involved, police said.

Both Jones and Fenn were held on $1,500 cash bail.
