LAWRENCE -- State police charged a teen with criminal sale of marijuana after responding to St. Lawrence Central School March 7, in the town of Lawrence for a report of a marijuana sale.
Faculty at the school had located marijuana in a student’s locker after it was discovered the student had sold marijuana to two other students.
The 13-year-old student was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal sale of marijuana. The juvenile was issued a family court appearance ticket and released.
