MORRISTOWN – State Police responded to a domestic dispute Monday between two brothers that resulted in the arrest of one.
The complainant Joshua T. Krake, 19, 2316 Co. Rt. 6, Morristown, stated his brother Deric J. Krake, 16, of the same address, smashed the rear window out of his 1994 Ford Mustang with a baseball bat. Allegedly Deric Krake got mad because his brother refused to give him a ride to Clayton to see his girlfriend.
Patrols arrested Deric Krake for third-degree criminal mischief.
He was arraigned in front of Morristown Town Justice Bertrand and released under the supervision of probation.
