Hillary B. Gorski, 32, is charged with fifth-degree conspiracy and second-degree criminal impersonation, both misdemeanors, according to troopers.

She was charged Wednesday and released with appearance tickets for Potsdam Town court on Jan. 10 at noon, troopers said.
