WINTHROP -- The Stockholm Historical Organization will be open on Tuesdays through August.
The organization’s archives will be open for research. Museum visitors can view the tools, furniture, clothing, whole room arrangements, a store and a school house of long ago.
Visits to the museum and archives can be made by appointment, call 384-4764.
The Stockholm Historical Organization is lin the municipal building in Winthrop. The group holds its regular meeting at 1 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month. Dues are $5 per year.
Summer hours:
June 10 – 6 to 8 p.m.
June 17 – 1 to 3 p.m.
June 24 – 6 to 8 p.m.
July 1 – 1 to 3 p.m.
July 8 – 6 to 8 p.m.
July 15 – 1 to 3 p.m.
July 22 – 6 to 8 p.m.
July 29 – 1 to 3 p.m.
Aug. 5 – 6 to 8 p.m.
Aug. 12 – 1 to 3 p.m.
Aug. 19 – 6 to 8 p.m.
