POTSDAM -- Clarkson University will host the North Country presentation of New York’s 2018 State of the State at 1 p.m. on Wednesday in Petersen Board Room, #330 Bertrand H. Snell Hall.
It will be presented by Kelli Owens, director of women's affairs in Gov. Andrew Cuomo's office.
The governor’s address and proposals are at goo.gl/ETGeJ1.
"Owens will bring the added perspective of the agenda to advance women’s issues as outlined in the Governor’s plans as well," Kelly Chezum, Clarkson's vice president for external relations said in an emailed event announcement.
