CANTON – 118th District Assemblywoman Addie Russell and candidate for the 122nd Assembly District Brian McGrath will host an open house and reception at their St. Lawrence County campaign headquarters in Canton at 49 ½ Main St., across from McDonald’s, from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 17. All are invited to attend.
“Brian and I are both young professionals who care about job creation and are eager to serve the area in which we grew up,” says Democrat Russell of sharing office space with McGrath. “We are going to be working together in the Assembly, so it is in both of our interests that we join forces early on.”
“The 118th and 122nd Assembly Districts share St. Lawrence and Jefferson Counties,” adds McGrath. “Therefore, the events of one district will undoubtedly impact the residents of the other.”
Both candidates seek volunteers for their respective campaigns and view the event as an opportunity to introduce people to the location.
