MADRID — A Madrid man was charged by state police July 21 at 7:42 a.m. at 4147 County Route 14 in connection with a June 5 harassment incident.
William J. Roome, 54, was charged with fourth-degree stalking: cause fear and second-degree aggravated harassment: communicate threat.
Roome was released on his own recognizance.
