“The St Lawrence County Multi-Use Trail Committee and the snowmobile clubs strongly encourage all users of both trail systems to follow all rules and regulations to insure that we all can enjoy the activities we pursue,” an announcement reads. “Remember, motorized modes of transportation give the right of way to all other trail users. Also ensure that your snow machine is registered and the proper maintenance has been performed prior to hitting the trails. Wear the authorized helmet. The bottom line is be safe and be aware of other persons using the trails.”
