The Associated Builders and Contractors’ (ABC) has endorsed St. Lawrence County Legislature District 4 GOP candidate Joel LaPierre.
“ABC is proud to support Joel LaPierre for St. Lawrence County Legislature,” said Steve Tallman, chairman of the Empire State Chapter of ABC. “Joel has worked hard as the co-owner of RSI Roofing, providing jobs and opportunity in the North Country. His skill and proven leadership is the kind of expertise that would help foster a better economy in St. Lawrence County.”
LaPierre has a background in economics, as well as over two decades of experience in the roofing and construction business, ABC said in a prepared statement.
“As a decision maker at RSI Roofing, Joel has played a role in creating jobs and fostering a positive work environment,” said Tallman. “Joel knows that embracing the free enterprise system and applying common sense to governing provides opportunity.”
The 4th Legislative District of St. Lawrence County includes the towns of Hammond, Macomb, Rossie, Fowler, Edwards and Pitcairn.
