GOUVERNEUR -- St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies captured a fugitive Tuesday on the Scotch Settlement Road.
Ceasar Delgado, also known as Ashaun Jones, 33, of Queens, is wanted by authorities in Virginia on charges for four counts of burglary, grand larceny and conspiracy.
Delgado was arraigned by Judge John Riordan and was sent to St. lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail.
