NORFOLK – St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested Jason A. Black, 30, of 520 Ruddy Rd., Chase Mills, for allegedly failing to register a change of address with the New York State Sex Offender Registry.
Deputies said Black moved to 67 W. Main St. in Norfolk in February and did not register the new address within the 10-day requirement.
Black was issued a ticket ordering his appearance later in Norfolk Town Court.
