CANTON -- Judge Felix Catena next week will decide the fate of Oral "Nick" Hillary, who is accused of strangling 12-year-old Garrett Phillips on Oct. 24, 2011 in Potsdam.
He is being tried for second-degree murder, and the seven day trial concluded Thursday.
