NORWOOD -- The second annual Norwood Kiwanis Variety Show begins at 7 p.m. March 12 in the Norwood-Norfolk High School auditorium.
The master of ceremonies will be 99 Hits/WPDM news anchor and announcer Scott Dosztan.
The Acoustic BrothersThe Acoustic BrothersEntertainment for the evening includes the Hand Bell Choir of Potsdam, Kountry Rebels 2, classic rock with The Acoustic Brothers, clogger Andrew Perry with Danny Klebes on accordion, Red Hen Red Hatters, and the The St. Lawrence Chorus of Sweet Adelines. Intuition Magician Richard Tennace will entertain throughout the evening.
The show concludes with a grand finale featuring a sing-along to “God Bless America.”
Refreshments will be available during intermission.
Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Children under 5 are free.
All proceeds from the show and food concessions benefit area youth programs.
“Last year’s show was a big hit with the community and we have added more performers to entertain audiences with this important fundraiser for our community,” said event organizer Larry Colbert of Norwood Kiwanis.
“There is so much talent in the North Country and it is great to see it showcased this way,” Colbert said.
