DEKALB -- Sarrah A. Eckel, 17, 443 Cty. Rt. 18, Richville, has been charged by St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies with harassment via Facebook.
Eckel was arrested May 20 on allegations from neighbors May 18 that Eckel posted threats to harm them on the social networking web site Facebook.
Eckel is due in court later to answer the misdemeanor count of second-degree aggravated harassment.
