CANTON -- Linda Bartoshuk, an internationally known researcher specializing in the chemical senses of taste and smell, will give a talk titled “Are You a Supertaster? How Can You Tell? What Does It Mean?” at St. Lawrence University at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19.
The event takes place in the auditorium of Hepburn Hall.
Dr. Bartoshuk has earned many honors and awards for her work in food, taste and smell research.
She is now with the University of Florida’s School of Dentistry.
