OGDENSBURG -- Rep. Bill Owens will visit Ogdensburg today to present a local veteran with a Bronze Star.
Congressman Owens will present a Bronze Star to veteran Charles Lake at Ogdensburg City Hall, 330 Ford St. at 12 p.m.
Lake served in the Korean War in the U.S. Army.
The medal is award for acts of heroism, acts of merit, or meritorious service in a combat zone.
He will also tour Pepsi-Cola Bottlers from 2:15 to 3 p.m.
