OSWEGATCHIE -- A Rensselaer Falls resident was charged with drug possession and driving while ability impaired by drugs on Union Street Thursday afternoon, according to state police.
Jerome T. Dobbs, 30, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, felony; first-offense DWAI: Drugs special vehicle and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, officers said.
He was also cited for driving without a license, troopers said.
He was charged at 4:11 p.m. and ordered held.
