OSWEGATCHIE – A Rensselaer Falls man has been charged with drunk driving and leaving the scene of an injury accident following a crash early this morning, according to state police.
Tyler J. Dvornski, 24, was cited following the crash on the McIlwee Road shortly before 3:15 a.m. today.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an injury accident first degree and failure to keep right, police said.
