NORFOLK -- A Raymondville woman was charged with a felony after allegedly being caught with meth-making materials.
Kara A. Grant, 26, was charged with third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, felony, troopers said.
The arrest took place at 9:43 p.m. Sunday night, officers said.
She was being held pending court action, police said.
