RAYMONDVILLE -- A Raymondville man has been charged with second degree obstruction of governmental administration, and another was taken into custody on a warrant after allegedly jumping out a window.

George S. Felix, 46, Raymondville, was charged at 81 Grantville Rd., Norfolk, at 2:25 a.m. Sunday when state police went to his house to serve a bench warrant from Franklin County on Christopher Hughes, 21, of the same address.

Felix told troopers Hughes was not in the house, but Hughes was arrested moments later jumping out of a side bedroom window, according to police.

Felix was issued an appearance ticket.

Hughes was turned over to Malone-based troopers.
