POTSDAM — A Potsdam woman was charged with driving more than twice the legal limit following a two vehicle property-damage accident on Main Street Tuesday evening, according to Potsdam police.
Peggy S. Aidun, 49, was charged at 7:09 p.m. with aggravated DWI, following too closely, operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device, unregistered motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle.
Her blood-alcohol content was .20 percent.
No injuries were reported.
She was issued appearance tickets returnable to Potsdam court Oct. 5.
