POTSDAM -- A Potsdam man who is also a convicted sex offender was charged with failing to notify the State Sex Offender Registry of a change of address within a ten day period, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Michael A. Remillard, 34, was charged after deputies say he moved from New York to Connecticut at the end of July and failure to notify the registry.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to court at a later date.
