Police said they attempted to pull over a vehicle that they say had sustained recent heavy damage indicative of being involved in an accident.
The driver failed to comply to pull the vehicle over and drove about two miles from Elm Street onto State Highway 11B at which point the driver pulled over. Police said the driver did not drive at a high rate of speed.

A breath test at the Potsdam police station allegedly revealed a blood-alcohol content of .19 percent.
Amador was driving on a revoked license, officers said.
He was released on appearance tickets returnable to Potsdam court Oct. 23 at 9:30 a.m.
