Potsdam police issue nearly a dozen traffic tickets during mobile device crackdown Saturday

POTSDAM -- Potsdam police charged nearly a dozen people with traffic tickets during a mobile device crackdown Saturday.

Robert P. Green, 45,of Potsdam, was charged with driving while using a mobile device at 2:50 p.m. on Market Street.

Melody J. Patraw, 42, of Winthrop, was charged with driving while using a mobile device at 3:06 p.m. on Market Street.

Brittany L. Cary, 24, of Potsdam, was charged with no seat belt at 3:1 p.m. on Market Street.

Michael P. Welch, 54, of Potsdam, was charged with no seat belt at 3:35 p.m. on Elm Street.

Maryann S. Reid, 30, of Ogdensburg was charged with driving while using an electronic device at 3:50 p.m. on Market Street.

Asia A. Babcock, 42, of Massena, was charged with driving while using an electronic device at 12:08 p.m. on Elm Street.

Patricia J. Hewko, 49, of Potsdam was charged with driving while using a mobile device at 5:01 p.m. on Main Street.

Timothy Boucher, 21, of Goffstwon, was charged with no seatbelt at 5:22 p.m. on Union Street.

Gregory P. Baxter, 30, of Massena was charged with driving while using an electronic device at 5:45 p.m. on Elm Street.

Allie M. Fox, 29, of Potsdam was charged with driving while using a mobile phone at 6:05 p.m. on Main Street. Martin D. French, 55, of Potsdam was charged with no seatbelt at 6:17 p.m. on Sandstone Drive.

Thomas A. Sharpe, 35, of DeKalb Junction was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while using an electronic mobile device at 6:20 p.m. on Maple Street.
