POTSDAM — Two Potsdam men were charged with making graffiti following investigation of several reports of graffiti on locally owned property, according to Potsdam police.
James T. Gray, 21, and John F. Rendon, 21, were cited for the above charge at 4:45 p.m. after turning themselves in to police, officers said.
Both are to answer the charges in court Dec. 5 at noon, police said.
