POTSDAM — A Potsdam man was arrested Sunday afternoon after he was allegedly about to inject himself with drugs in the park on Fall Island, off Maple Street, according to Potsdam police.
Brenden W. Narrow, 27, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle at 2:09 p.m.
Police said Narrow was in possession of a hypodermic needle and a narcotic preparation and was preparing to inject himself with the drug while in the park.
Narrow was jailed on $750 bail and is to appear in Potsdam court to face the charges, officers said.
