POTSDAM – A 20-year-old Potsdam man is in county jail on $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond for allegedly sexually abusing a boy under the age of 12.
Jeremy S. Bailey was charged with forcible touching and third-degree sexual abuse at 7 p.m. Friday after police received a complaint that he had had inappropriate contact with a boy.
Bailey was arraigned before Potsdam Village Justice Garner and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
