POTSDAM — A Potsdam man was charged Wednesday night on Maple Street after allegedly taunting a motorist in an attempt to get them to street race, according to Potsdam police.
William S. Yette, 23, was charged at 10:20 p.m. with disorderly conduct: Creating a hazardous condition by any act which serves no legitimate purpose, police said.
Yette was cited and released.
