POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged a man with disorderly conduct at Potsdam Town Court on Wednesday afternoon.
Kevin Sieg, 49, was cited for the above charge at 12:14 p.m., officers said.
He was transported back to the police station and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Potsdam court at a later date.
