CANTON -- A Potsdam man was charged Wednesday with aggravated driving while intoxicated on Main Street Wednesday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Bernard N. Clary, 56, was charged reportedly with aggravated DWI after his blood-alcohol content (BAC) was revealed to be .31 percent.
A percentage above .18 percent BAC results in aggravated charges.
He was issued appearance tickets to appear in Canton court at a later date, officers said.
