POTSDAM — A Potsdam man was charged Tuesday night after striking a police vehicle that was pulled over for a separate traffic stop on Market Street, according to Potsdam police.
Abdulrahman B. Sabbagh, 41, was cited for leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, speed not reasonable or prudent and failure to yield right-of-way at 8:38 p.m., officers said.
He was located after leaving the scene of the accident and cited for the above charges, police said.
Sabbagh is to answer the charges in court Dec. 12, officers said.
No injuries were reported.
