POTSDAM – After a week-long investigation, village police have arrested a Potsdam man for “sexting” a 14-year-old female.
Police charged Corey M. Saber, 23, with Disseminating Indecent Materials to a Minor second degree, a Class E felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Police said Saber had sent and received sexually explicit text messages to the girl and sent and received nude pictures via a cell phone.
He was arraigned by village Justice Margaret Garner and released to a third party, police said.
He is to face the charge in village court on Dec. 1.
