POTSDAM — A Potsdam man was charged with stalking following an alleged domestic incident Thursday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Jonathan M. Buffham, 28, was charged with fourth-degree stalking on Beebe Road in the Town of Hopkinton, officers said.
Deputies say Buffham is accused of repeatedly calling and texting another person after previously being told to stop contacting the individual.
Deputies observed Buffham following the victim to her place of residence and then arrested him.
He was arraigned in Canton court and released on a ticket returnable to Potsdam court at a later date.
