POTSDAM -- A Potsdam man was jailed on burglary charges after he allegedly entered another person’s residence and began throwing objects around once inside.
Marius J. Griffin, 24, was charged with third-degree burglary, endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest following a Feb. 18 incident, according to Potsdam Police.
Police say Griffin entered a residence that was not his. He was reported to be throwing items within the apartment and cursing at the occupants while children were present.
He was taken into custody by patrols, arraigned in Potsdam Town Court, and sent to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
