St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies named Potsdam and Colton residents as the 29th and 30th suspects in the recent drug sweep of St. Lawrence County known as "Operations 315."
Ginette C. Hess, 20, 1202 Racquette Rd., Potsdam, was charged with fourth-degree conspiracy, third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all felonies, officers said.
Hess was arraigned in St. Lawrence County court and held without bail at St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility to appear in court at a later date, deputies said.
Also charged was Mark P. Baker, 29, 202 Sturtevant Rd., Colton. He was charged with second-degree conspiracy, third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, fourth-degree conspiracy and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, all felonies, officers said.
He was arraigned in St. Lawrence County court and jailed on $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond, deputies said.
