LISBON — An Ogdensburg teen was charged with taking a vehicle without permission on CR 28 and later became stranded with the vehicle on SH 37, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
A 16-year old was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on Sunday, deputies said.
The subject was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Lisbon court at a later date.
