POTSDAM — A Potsdam man was charged Sunday following an investigation of a person shooting at and hitting a 14 and 15-year-old with a spring loaded pellet gun, according to Potsdam police.
Richard S. Foster, 20, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child at 10:06 p.m. on Sisson Street.
There is no report of medical attention required for the boys.
He was released on appearance tickets returnable to court Aug. 27.
