PARISHVILLE -- A Parishville man was charged with a felony county of sexual abuse of a child less than eleven years old, according to state police.
Luke A. Rosenbarker, 35, was charged Thursday at 3:22 p.m. with first-offense sexual abuse: contact with individual less than 11 years old, and acting in a manner injurious to a child, troopers said.
He was released to a third party and will answer the charges at a later date, officers said.
