The PHCS Board of Education has approved the retirement of Mary Taylor.
Taylor has taught in the district for 30 years, according to PHCS Superintendent William “Bill” Collins.
She will retire at the end of the year, Collins said.
The school board also approved a request for its student-athletes to play modified lacrosse at Colton-Pierrepont Central this spring.
