PARISHVILLE -- Kayla Phillips, a New York finalist for the National American Miss Pageant, will compete in the state pageant in Rochester in July.
Kayla, daughter of Brian Phillips and Nicole Pitcher of the Old Potsdam-Parishville Road, is shown helping the Parishville Ladies' Auxiliary during their recent Italian dinner as one of her community service projects.
