Over 30 artists around St. Lawrence County are opening their workspaces for the public to visit on Saturday, Nov. 3 and Sunday, Nov. 4 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
SLC Arts publishes a free brochure so anyone can take a free self-guided tour and meet potters, painters, jewelers, fiber artists, photographers, and more in their own communities.
Artists’ Studio Tour is an annual county-wide event organized by SLC Arts.
Participating locations in 2018 include: Canton, Colton, Hermon, Macomb, Massena, Morristown, Ogdensburg, Parishville, Potsdam, Raymondville, Rensselaer Falls, Stockholm, Waddington, West Potsdam, and Winthrop.
New to the tour this year are: Steven C. Cobb of Quiet Raquette Studio in Raymondville, Jeffrey Davis of Paradise Arts in Hermon, Fiberistas at Susan’s Stitches in Rensselaer Falls, Lily Grant of Photos by Lily in Massena, Heron Hetzler of Heron Art in Potsdam, Nathan LaShomb of Forevermore Studio in Massena, and Bill Smithers of Hickory Lake Designs in Macomb.
