FINE -- An Oswegatchie youth has been charged in connection with a sexual abuse investigation that resulted in two teens being charged with felonies Sept. 6.
The 12-year-old, whose name was withheld due to age, was charged with second-degree sexual abuse: victim less than 14 years old, troopers said.
The incident was reported to state police Aug. 27.
The teen was released on an appearance ticket returnable to court at a later date, officers said.
