LISBON – Ogdensburg-based State Police arrested Jessica A. Mendenhall, 21, Ogdensburg, for possession of hypodermic needles, subsequent to a traffic stop on St. Hwy. 37 in the town of Lisbon.
Mendenhall was found to be in possession of three hypodermic needles. She was arrested and transported to the Ogdensburg station for processing without incident.
Mendenhall was arraigned in Oswegatchie Town Court and taken to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750 cash bail or $1,500 bail bond.
She is to be in Lisbon Town Court on Oct. 19.
