OGDENSBURG -- Ogdensburg City School District will accept offers on the former Lincoln Elementary Building until 10 a.m. today.
The former elementary school is located on 1515 Knox St.
The property is identified by Ogdensburg City tax map parcel number 48.072-9-19. Proposals must be received by the Board of Education at the District Office at 1100 State St. Ogdensburg, NY 13669 no later than 10 a.m. July 31.
Envelopes should be labeled "Lincoln School Proposal for Purchase." The bidder submitting the accepted proposal must complete the purchase and tender the purchase price in full to the district in certified funds within 90 days of the district's signed acceptance of the proposal. The Property shall be sold "as is" without warranty of any kind.
According to a release from the school, it is the responsibility of the prospective buyer to make arrangements and inspect the premises prior to submitting the proposal. The district shall convey the property.
The building is approximately 26,266 square feet.
